1. Agreement

By using the Klismos website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice, so please check back regularly.

2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product information on our website. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, or other content.

3. Ordering and Payment

a. Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase, and we reserve the right to accept or decline it for any reason.

b. Payment: All payments are processed securely. Klismos accepts various payment methods, and you agree to provide accurate and current payment information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

a. Shipping Times: Estimated shipping times are provided, but actual delivery may vary. Klismos is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or other circumstances beyond our control.

b. Delivery Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect your items for damage. Report any issues to Klismos within 24 hours of delivery with a video of unboxing the product.

No Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing klismosbysculpt. Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds

b. Exchange Policy: Exchanges may be possible for certain items. 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Klismos website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Klismos and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Klismos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or the purchase of our products.

 

Product damaged or defective:

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you must notwithstanding your warranty rights, immediately contact us at 8851361171, and refuse to accept the delivery. Hidden defects must again, notwithstanding any warranty rights be reported to us immediately upon detection..

  • Please do not accept delivery of any item if you notice any apparent damage or deep damage. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
  • Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a replacement.
  • If the product was not received in good condition we may repair/replace the product under warranty terms, however, in case we are unable to replace the damaged/defective product we may initiate another or offer an alternate product with mutual consent on returning the old product. Replacement of product may depend upon the availability of the product.
  • But there is no return

Note: Products that have been assembled and/or installed cannot be returned or replaced, in case of any manufacturing defect, the product will be repaired under normal warranty terms. Price

The product price includes taxes. The upholstery item price includes the standard fabric and marble. To get more options in fabric and marble from the KLISMOS collection you need to contact KLISMOS for price enquiry and other details. KLISMOS reserves the right, without prior notice to discontinue products o change specifications and prices on products.

Packaging

Packaging is included in the price. If custom packing ( Wooden Packaging ) is required, the customer should be instructed when placing the order and it will be charged accordingly.

Shipping

The prices are EX WORKS and do not include transportation values and fees. Shipping costs are available upon request.

 

Adjudication & Payment Terms in case of Customize products

 

We will send you the High-Resolution Images of the products in case of furniture to get your confirmation for dispatch.

Payment must be made by account transfer and a confirmation (receipt) of the transfer must be sent by email at 

All pieces are the property of KLISMOS until payment in full is received. 

Damage Claim

In transportation of the product (FURNITURE) at your place, if any product gets damaged the product will be rectified by our expert team at your place only.

In case, if customer receives any product with a manufacturing defect or broken, he/she should immediately notify our transportation team while they are still within your premises, once they leave and you have accepted the item/s; they are considered sold.

Order Cancellation

KLISMOS doesn’t accept cancellation of products after 1 days of order receiving. You can cancel your order within 2 days of placing your order, revoking amount of 15% will be deducted from the order value, and the balance payment will be done by bank transfer.

Contract/Hospitality Order

KLISMOS can also customize new products to meet the contract specifications.

Product

While every effort is made to maintain uniformity, slight variations may occur. KLISMOS is free to commit to any design improvement without notification. Images on the catalog or website may vary from the final product. The brand works every day to enhance the quality of its products aesthetically, usability, and reliability. KLISMOS reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue products or change specifications on products. For custom requirements, every case will be assessed individually by the KLISMOS design team. If a custom drawing is required there will be a fee applied to the service.

Custom Order

For every custom order, customers should always ask for advice from a product specialist brand ambassador to confirm the viability of materials, finishes, dimensions, and prices. KLISMOS will not be responsible for customer’s choices that in the end do not work well.

Handmade Furniture

All products can have up to 1-inch variation due to the manual nature of KLISMOS production processes. KLISMOS will not accept custom dimensions requests with less than a 30cm difference from the standard product or claims regarding dimensions variations under 1 inch. All fabrics from the KLISMOS collection may vary in color and may be discontinued without prior notice.

Wood, Metal and Stone

Many wood and metal finishes are applied by hand and may vary in color, tone, and character. While we as a Manufacturer will make every effort to match a finish or texture, no guarantee can be made of an exact match.

Variations in color and veining are inherent in stone and wood and considered to be part of the natural beauty. Furniture is handmade and therefore is subject to slight variations. Due to this, products may vary from images seen online.

Product Appearance

However, the actual colors and textures that may be seen will depend on the used computer system and KLISMOS cannot guarantee that the customer's computer will accurately display such colors and textures.

Warranty

KLISMOS provides 36 36-month offsite warranty to the metal part of the furniture and the structure of furniture, which includes fading, and oxidization of paint. However, this warranty doesn’t cover less than 5% damage of to the metal. Kindly note, that there is NO wear and tear warranty on fabric/leatherette, PU, foam, and cushions, as it totally depends on the usage of products.

Customization

In case of any customization in respect of fabric color, metal finish, metal color, sizes, etc, KLISMOS will charge 20% extra of the total amount of the product.

Cancellations & Replacement

What's eligible for Replacement?(NO RETURN)

Defective - If the item delivered to you is defective. A defect is the unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing, which hinders the intended use of the product (e.g. imbalance, wooden joints opening, etc). Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture (especially for solid wood products) are not defects.

Difference - If the item delivered to you is different ( shape, or color) from the item image on our website.

What's NOT eligible for  Replacement?

Damaged or Missing - For any concerns regarding damage, incomplete products, or missing components, such claims are to be highlighted during the time of delivery or assembly (whichever is applicable). Please understand that once the delivery/assembly is completed, we may not be able to accept Replacement requests.

Installation Issues - Wall mounting installation services are not offered by KLISMOS.com and therefore, return requests because of the customer’s inability to get the product wall-mounted will not be processed.

Relocation - After an item has been delivered to you in perfect condition, in the event of the subsequent dismantling of the item for relocation, reassembly, etc, please note that KLISMOS will not be responsible for any damage to the product.

To raise a return request, you should click 2-3 clear photographs of the item in question. Below are the guidelines to follow while taking the photographs.

1-2 images should clearly show the entire product and 1-2 images zoom in on the damaged/defective area such that the relevant concern is visible.

The image file size should not exceed 5 MB

Raise A Replacement Request

Registered Users:

Login to Your Account > Go to the  My Orders section in ‘My Account’.

Click on Replace This Product’ next to the product name that you want to return

Select the ‘Reason’ and upload the supporting images

Write your comments in the dialog box provided and submit the request

Evaluate and Pick-Up

Once we receive the images, the KLISMOS Resolution team will connect with you within 24 hours.

The return requests are evaluated by the KLISMOS Resolution team in consultation with the merchant and a technician visit may be scheduled (if required). Please note that the resolution will be provided basis the technician’s evaluation report.

Return pick-up of the product will be scheduled basis the evaluation of the technician and your subsequent interaction with our Customer Support representative.

Please retain the original packaging of the product, along with the user manual, warranty slip, and other accessories to ensure a successful pick-up.

A product scheduled for return pick-up will be picked up by the logistic partner of the Brand/Merchant from the original shipping address of the order, within 72 hours of initiation of the return pick-up request.

Replacement it through Courier Collection

You may contact our Team within 48 hours of having received the product and request a return (As per the policy mentioned above). We shall arrange for the products to be collected from the delivery address and shall process the return subject to receipt of the products at our end in unused condition and their original packaging along with the invoice, failing which return may not be possible.
